Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet by Master Safari Adventures representative and transfer to Arusha for dinner and overnight at The African Tulip

Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Early breakfast at the lodge
Morning drive to Tarangire National Park, game viewing on arrival, lunch at Tarangire Safari Lodge. Afternoon game viewing in Tarangire National Park - with its unusual and compelling landscape; Grassy Savannah and woodlands, liberally dotted with ancient and massive Baobab trees give the park a slightly surreal or primeval aspect, especially when they have no leaves. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge

Day 3: Tarangire National Park

Breakfast at the Lodge
Enjoy full day game drive in Tarangire National Park. The Tarangire river attracts migratory animals in large numbers and is an ideal place to see elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, hyena, giraffe, baboon, warthog and a wide variety of plains game, especially during the dry season.
Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge

Day 4: Tarangire - Ngorongoro Conservationa Area

This morning we depart by coach for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, wildlife haven and homeland of the semi-nomadic Maasai people. We arrive in time for lunch at our safari lodge uniquely set on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater, which blends in so well with the landscape that it is invisible from the crater floor. We have the afternoon at leisure here, giving us time to familiarize ourselves with the lodge’s rock-built passages, timbered decks, and unmatched sense of place. The views over the Ngorongoro Crater (the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera) are endless and breathtaking.
Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

This morning we set out on an unforgettable game drive as we descend to the floor of magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a World Heritage Site and, at 100 square miles, the world’s largest intact and perfectly formed volcanic caldera. The unique biosphere here has remained unchanged for eons; towering walls encircle the crater’s floor which represents Africa in microcosm; grassland, swamps, lakes, forests, and some 25,000 mammals, including elephant, black rhinoceros, lion, hippo, and zebra. Because Ngorongoro has abundant food and water year-round, the animals here do not migrate as they do between Masai Mara and the Serengeti. And because they live within the confines of the steep-walled caldera, Ngorongoro’s animals are less shy and more approachable than those at other reserves. Throughout our explorations we also may see semi-nomadic Maasai tribesmen as they engage in their age-old practice of grazing their cattle alongside the wild animals. (Guests may depart with picnic lunches or return to the lodge for hot lunch late in the afternoon)
Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge

Day 6: Ngorongoro - Serengeti National Park

Breakfast
Continue to the vast plains of the Serengeti National Park. You’ll hopefully start sporting game well before you get into the park. Lunch at Serengeti Seerena Lodge. Afternoon game drive in Serengeti National Park. Accommodation is at Serengeti Serena Lodge where comfortable rooms have awesome views across the sweeping plains. Inspired by a traditional African village, separate “ring-dove huts” house the luxury en-suite guest rooms each with a balcony.
Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge

Day 7: Serengeti National Park

Afternoon game viewing in Serengeti National Park (North is a remote and breathtaking region of the Serengeti National Park, known for its dramatic landscapes and the thrilling spectacle of the Great Migration. Between July and October, vast herds of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River, often braving crocodile-infested waters—a true wildlife drama. The area offers excellent game viewing year-round, with opportunities to spot big cats, elephants, and other iconic African wildlife in a quieter, less-crowded setting.
